We want you to love your Quelnor. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

Email us at help@quelnor.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received them, whenever possible. If the product is defective or arrived damaged, this does not apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us at help@quelnor.com and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
