Overview

This website is operated by Quelnor. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Quelnor. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Our products

Quelnor sells a USB-powered star and galaxy projector and its projection slides. We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Product photos and illustrations are for guidance: colors on your screen may differ slightly, and the way the projection looks in your room depends on factors such as room size, wall or ceiling color and surface, how dark the room is, the projection angle and the focus.

We may change, update or discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantity of any product you can buy.

Prices and promotions

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, if any, are explained in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time. Promotional prices are available for a limited time or while a limited quantity lasts, as indicated on the product page. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Your order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, and our 30-day return guarantee is described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will let you know and give you the option to wait or to cancel and receive a full refund.

Safe use of the product

  • Use the projector only with a standard USB power source, such as a computer, power bank or USB wall adapter, and follow the instructions that come with it.
  • Do not look directly into the lens or shine the light into anyone’s eyes.
  • Keep the product and cable away from water, heat and children playing unsupervised. It is not a toy.
  • Do not use the product if it or its cable is damaged.
  • The projector is a decorative night light. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, or to treat sleep problems.

Warranty and defective products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us at help@quelnor.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the US state where you live that cannot be waived.

Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos or videos, you confirm that they are your own honest experience and that you have the right to share them. You give us permission to display them on our site and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove them at any time by emailing help@quelnor.com. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the Quelnor name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to Quelnor or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose or placing fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quelnor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Quelnor is operated from Spain, so these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not take away any consumer protection rights that you have under the laws of the US state where you live and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date, and it applies to orders placed after that date.
